BookSmart® integrates quickly and easily with rating, point of sale and policy systems to move book data electronically, and without re-keying. Carriers can make adjustments to policy data, transforming coverage codes or other values specific to the prior carrier before moving the policies over. In addition, bulk upload, group update and Excel download capabilities allow agents to update and send back policy information.

Like all AgencyPort products, BookSmart® is based on ACORD XML standards and designed to be integrated with your policy administration system, rating engine, and rules engine. Because all data is stored in ACORD XML, it can be sent by policy or in bulk to company systems or rating engines at any point within the book transfer evaluation.
